About Me

I have always had a passion for baking desserts of all kinds. I have had an interest in baking since I was a young girl watching my mother and grandmother in kitchens of their own. I used to love to see how they would mix up all the ingredients and turn them into something sweet and yummy and then let me have a sample afterwards.  It was then that I started to bake cakes as a young girl, but I wanted to make them look a certain way. With that in mind, I decided to take cake decorating classes to gain some skills and knowledge of this art called "cake decorating" which earned me two certificates from the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. With that being said, that is when "Cakes Unlimited by Benisha" was born.

What I have to offer?
